We checked out thousands of Sleep Country reviews and we noticed that they had a lot in common: many upset buying experiences (especially for the prices they are charging!)

We made it our company priority to treat warranty and exchanges the same way we would want to be treated. It costs us a lot to honour more warranty claims and service issues, however we want to build a better mattress store built on better customer service.

I hate to break the news. But Sleep Country is importing a lot of Mattresses from other countries. The Bloom Mattress for example (one of their best sellers last year) is well priced buuuutt.... they're made in China. Purple Brand? Casper? Not made in Canada.

Direct Bed Brand Mattresses are made by one of Canada's largest Independent manufacturers and the quality is out of this world.
